Briogeo customer service is an absolute nightmare. The only phone number for customer service is for the hearing impaired, and email responses are spotty at best. It's been over a month and a half-since I placed an order and still have not received my shampoo and conditioner. Apparently, there was a mix up, and it was supposed to ship with the anti-frizz serum I received. I have emailed customer service about the whereabouts of my order and to return the anti-frizz serum, It makes my hair greasy after one drop. But they have intermittently gotten back to me and have not resolved any of my issues. The whole process has been incredibly frustrating and a turn-off for future purchases.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered anywhere. It's a shame because the products are fantastic. The customer service has a strange passive agressive tone to it with very toxic energy. They do not honor their 30 day return policy. There is no number to call. They do not respond to emails other than to oddly request a photo of your products as others have stated.

I tried to return products that are damaging and the co. does not follow up. There is no number listed, just an e-mail address. This is the worst customer service & co seems to scam people from the other posts I am reading.
Found here the perfect hair care set even for my caucasian type of hair! Very affordable and good formula.
Purchased products more than 10 days ago, did not even get confirmation those were shipped yet. Customer service impossible to contact. I would like a refund and to cancel my order.

I have been trying to email customer service for two weeks with no reply after following their guidance on their website because of an allergic reaction to the scents used in their products. I reached out on FB and I got a spotty reply that their small but mighty team was overwhelmed. This is why consumers do not shop small businesses and support the Sephora's of the world. I would never let anyone order from here unless they were absolutely certain of the products.

I am writing this as an update the day after I wrote the initial review:
So, 43 minutes after the bad review posted on this site, briogeo Sent me an email addressing my request for my refund from their products!!! I’ve been calling them leaving voice mails and have emailed them about 5 times for a period of over 2 weeks and they’ve NEVER gotten back to me at all.
Now that a bad review popped up, 43 minutes later I hear from them!!
Sooo, once again I requested they send the return label fro refund like their policy says they will—— I’ve still not received anything from them. They want to look good by responding quickly to poor media, yet still don’t do anything about it!
Bad business—-horrible customer service— actually it’s non existent.

I have tried the ONLY phone number they offer on their site and a recording without any proper message comes on claiming the person is unavailable (what kind of business does NOT announce their name?)
I have left multiple voice messages and have NEVER received a call back--ever. I emailed them about 5 times and still NOTHING back.
I need to return the products I purchased due to being unhappy with their preformance (awful) and briogeo claims they will refund all except the shipping charges within 30 days of purchase. Thing is, they never get back to you with a return label within 30 days so they can refuse your return.
Its a big scam!
I paid a good amount for these products which I/m not happy with and am upset with their customer service. Double whammy! I will spread the word.

Ordered $100 scalp revival products. Dried my hair out and caused scalp acne. So I emailed them asking for a return authorization two days after the products had been delivered. They emailed back 6 days later asking for photos of the products I wanted to return. I sent the photos immediately and never received a response. I followed up with the same email and photos a week later and still did not get a response. Filed a dispute with my credit card.
Update: after not hearing back from briogeo for two weeks I received a full refund and was not required to ship back the products. So I have updated my experience to three stars.

Never received my package and they refused to respond to me. I paid over $70. They stole from me.
I usually purchase my product through Sephora, but went through their website for my last purchase. They didn't send the complete order even though at the invoice says they did. I have contacted them multiple times and only received one reply and no remedy for getting the product that I paid for that I still have not received.
They have one more week or I'm going through my bank to get a refund. It shameful that a well known company like this would put such little validity on customer service. You have no business without us.
